My dad has 5x sets of curtains that need to be shortened by a few inches. It would be preferable to sew them onsite at his house. Taking them away is an option, as long as the tasker can take them down and hang them up again as dad is unable to do this by himself. The curtains are sheer cream in colour, and are each approx 1.2m length (x 10 individuals).

We need someone to sew a really long table cloth - approx 9820 mm x 2070mm (plus allowance for hems). This might change slightly but we will confirm this evening. Previously we did the attached picture where we have three long pieces and sew them together so the seems aren’t visible on the top of the table. It works by having the roll width at the centre and then cutting another of the same length into two skinnier pieces We can pay for the fabric at your nearest spotlight store and also organise an uber package to deliver the tablecloth when ready. You will need to pick up the fabric from spotlight and make the table cloth by end of day Thursday. We could deliver late Thursday or Friday morning The fabric will be ok to sew in a normal machine just very long. As soon as we get the fabric selection we can update with roll dimensions to finalise

I purchased a toy for my baby for Xmas assuming the edges would be stuffed to hold the “walls” up. As this is how it appears in the advertisements. To my surprise they’re not. It’s very floppy and does not have any structure. I love the idea of it and would like to see if someone is able to stuff the insides of the walls to match the back and front of the animal. And sew it back professionally.

need to sew the edges on a rectangle piece of beige shade cloth 2800 x 4700mm to be able to attach eyelets to it. therefore 15 mts of straight stitching. Will need correct sewing thread for the job. Happy to drop off shade cloth to you.

I have recently purchased a Pfaff 463 second hand sewing machine, and I dont understand how to adjust it for sewing thicker fabrics, or finer fabrics. I have think I need someone to show me first hand how to manage this.
