I'm seeking a quote for an industrial sewing service. We produce PVC/polyester reusable pallet wraps, an alternative to plastic shrink wrap in logistics/warehousing. We have a customer in Perth with 14 wraps that need modification to fit their specifications. The changes include: 1x Additional top strap (Sew 1.3m polyester strap with velcro loop, sew tab with velcro hook on the opposite side) 1x Back strap (Sew 1.2m hook velcro straps, Sew 1m loop velcro strap Sew 150mm polyester tabs to secure the hook velcro strap when not engaged) 2x Base straps & loops 2x 1.35m straps with velcro loop and hook 2x base rings secured to a 10cm patch 3x Cut & resew fiberglass bars (Remove by cutting small section of stitching of polyester which secures them. Cut bar to 96cm (angle grinder works well) Reinsert bar and resew) I've visualised these adjustments in a tech pack attached. Please see the pink for the changes to be made. Otherwise the product comes as shown.
