Galvanised steel shed beams to be picked up from Newcastle delivered to maroota measuring 10m in length. Need a semi trailer to move.

1. Two bedrooms and a sunroom need to be emptied of furniture in preparation for floor refinishing (a third room may have a small cupboard to be moved but is otherwise empty) 2. Outdoor lounge on back verandah needs to be broken up and taken to the tip 3. Large table inside needs to be moved to back verandah 4. Take outdoor lounge and general rubbish to Summer Hill Waste Management Centre (we will have a voucher) 5. Take some furniture (bookcases, small tables, boxes etc) to storage unit. NOTE: House is single storey with a few steps at the front. Most furniture will stay in the house.

Will need a trolley. The fridge is in the back shed and will be need to go down the driveway to the front of the house. The property is flat. Once at the front there are 4-5 steps to go up.

There is a goods lift at the storage facility. My items are on the second floor. I have a storage unit with 50+ plastic tubs, a lot of kids toys, playpen, one king single base and mattress. I believe a 4.5t would be enough but please include quote for larger trucks if you have them. It will be the Pioneer studio sold by Landera. Ground a little rough and uneven, but company say that won’t be a problem. Will need to carry gear across grden.
