Shower leaking have new shower head to install as well as two new taps to sink

Bought 2 new showerheads from Bunnings but need someone for installing/replacing as it’ll require drilling into the shower wall and I don’t want visible damage to the tiles. Had someone else going to do it but they pulled out. Looking for both to be done at same time for two upstairs bathrooms.

The upstairs shower at my property needs urgent repair. Hot water tap slips and won't turn fully off. Please see photo attached. Please give indicative quote plus materials (replacing the shower head if needed)

I’ve been told it’s just a matter of using the supplied wrench to remove the current shower head and to install the new hand held fixture (my father is unstable on his feet and can’t do it safely). It’s been swapped out before. The water has been switched off on that line so upon completing the job you’d also need to go outside and flip the valve to turn the water back on. I’m interstate at the moment and my father is alone and without a shower. Willing to negotiate fee. An example photo of what’s there right now is attached as a guide only. Apparently my dad did it himself last time and it’s straightforward.
