Replace two kitchen cupboard hinges (I have replacements); I couldn’t unscrew them with a screwdriver so you might need a drill. Replace shower head (I have a new one). You might need a wrench. Pics attached, it’s a single head, like for like swap. Drill two screws into plasterboard wall, to hang a 9kg mirror (IKEA Stockholm style).

Plumber required Key details of task are; - Troubleshoot problem of low water pressure and low hot water temperature - Possible replacement of common shower head - Shower is located above Bathtub, and has had low pressure for over four years. My apartment is a 1 bedroom unit in a four level apartment block beside Richmond Station. I have checked with building manager, there is no water pressure problem common to all apartments, so the issue is isolated to my apartment. The apartment is an Airbnb and several guests have identified the issue and it needs to be improved & fixed. Any further info happy to discuss.
