Shower head has started dripping. We understand it is likely the washer. Would like it looked at and fixed, if requires parts please specify estimated cost. I also have a new hose we haven't been able to fit due to not having the right tool so installing this would be great. We are considering replacing all fixtures as old (I will include photos). As the place is to be rented we want this to be sturdy and reliable. An estimate of costs for that would be great (whether for service and parts or just service).
