1.Door does not close(either hinge or sanding the door top) 2.Noise when shower screen door is closed so frame needs tightening 3. kitchen sink seal needs replacement 4. bathroom sink seal needs replacement 5. Baseboard damaged and needs repaired by wood putty with painting to match

It is held in by pop rivets (three on either side) I believe these need to be drilled through with a 4mm or 3mm cobalt drill bit. That is what the YouTube tutorial said.
