Need to fix shower screen door getting stuck as the ground board is slightly lifting. Other jobs if able would be to fix the roller garage door that is noisy and gets stuck at times when the jute at the edges goes out of alignment. I require a replacement of the shower screen and shower pan, and retiling of 2 walls as 1 of the wall has bowed slightly. Extent of water damage is unknown. I will also require the old shower screen + pan to be disposed of. The job location is in Mill Park, Victoria.
