3 panels of double hung windows (2 standard size 650 x 700 mm, and 1 small size 450 x 550mm), and to install 1 piece of vertical shower screen (just 1 piece of glass 1.8 meter height, 0.9 meter width)

New glass shower screen to be installed. Screen is 1000mm x 2100mm and 10mm wide, brackets etc have been purchased. Surfaces are ready to go, just need installation.

Shower screen drainage has leakage and I realised this when floor near to the bathroom wall gets wet. To fix this issue I applied silicon around the drainage, after this leakage is fixed but the with time silicon around drainage becomes dirty and doesn't looks good. I need to get this fix either by changing the floor of the shower screen,only drainage or as per best advice. I asked my handyman and he said tiles on the wall is attached with shower screen floor so automatically tiles will come out if someone try to change the floor. I have attached the picture of shower screen and the floor next to the bathroom wall which had an effect of this leakage but now with silicon its been fixed.

Hang a 350mm shower screen into tiles and hang 2 pictures into a concrete wall

Sliding shower screen door is a bit stiff & needs adjusting with the screw at the top. I can see doors are not lining up, the gap is wider at the bottom than the top. I want you to fix it so the doors glide easy with no effort. There are 3 panels, one is fixed then the other 2 slide to open & close. Thanks.
