We're moving from a 2-bedroom apartment in Epping NSW 2121 to a house in Schofields NSW 2762. It's a distance of 27.4 kilometers. We'd like the move date to be Saturday, 8th June - early morning. There is an elevator at our apartment in Epping. It's large enough to fit all our things except the bed (unless it's disassembled). We would like the bed disassembled and reassembled by your service, so please include this in your cost estimate. The elevator goes to the underground basement/car park area where you can load a truck. The max height for vehicles is about 3.5 meters. But this height is only for the entrance area to the car park. All other areas are a max height of 2.2 meters. Therefore, if you have a truck, you will need to park it in the entrance area of the basement and use a dolly to roll items from the elevator to your truck (slight incline, but no stairs involved). There are no stairs at the house. The drive way doesn’t have an incline and it goes into the garage. Carpets will be recently dry cleaned, so we ask - please no shoes in the bedrooms (note, house has 3 bedrooms). All other areas of the house are wood/tile - we don't mind shoes in these areas.
