My smoke alarm keeps intermittently beeping. I am unsure if it needs a battery change or complete replacement. I am unable to remove the lid to try changing the battery. Any help to service/replace the smoke alarm (and potentially the other one in my apartment at the same time, not currently beeping) would be much appreciated. Thank you.

We need someone to change a smoke alarm that is on a high roof. You will need a ladder and we can provide one if necessary. We have the 9V battery needed to replace.
