Smoke alarm needs battery change as it is constantly beeping and unsure of battery size It is positioned on sloping cathedral ceiling - approx 11 - 12 feet high

I would like to install my smoke alarm as the current alarm is constantly beeping. I changed the battery twice, but after a couple of days it starts beeping again. I have ordered a new smoke alarm, I just need the installation.

EDIT: we have bought two new smoke alarms. Just looking to replace the existing ones with them Hello There are two alarms at my parents house. One keeps beeping even after changing the batteries. We were advised that both alarms are connected and so both need to be replaced.

I have a smoke alarm in the kitchen requiring a battery replacement. Easy job requiring a ladder. I think it’s a 9Vlt battery but you’ll have to bring a few types in case it’s another type. I’m after an initial quote as I may have other handyman jobs for you.
