Our 2x MAtelec FSA 15000 alarms are now date expired and need replacing. We have been informed that the new version of the 15000 is the 26000 and if possible we would like to replace with this model - although we are happy to be advised differently. We are looking for a qualified and licenced airtasker who can supply, install and test. We have new 9v lithium batteries which we need fitting at the same time. Please provide costs for installation and testing and we will pay invoice for the 2x alarms separately so the airtasker does not pay fees on this element. We are in a newish build unit and access is easy from a short stepladder as ceilings are not over height. Thanks. Graham

Need to replace 2x smoke alarms. Already purchased the alarms, just need to come and install. Need licensed electrician to install and provide me with proof to send to strata. UPDATE: A kind soul has told me I got the wrong smoke alarm... I will get new ones...

I need three smoke alarms replaced. I have the units already (three PSA Lifesaver LIF6800), so do not need them supplied. These are to replace the existing LIF3000s currently installed. I live in strata managed apartments, so will need to details of business name, licence number and insurance cover for approval ahead of job.

Smoke alarm let out a few sharp blasts once yesterday and once in the middle of the night. I don’t have a ladder to check it or know what type of battery it takes.

We have a primary need for an electrician supply and replace 2 existing hardwired smoke alarms which are interconnected as they are older than 10 years old. The current make is a Lifesaver, model LIF3000. Other tasks required are: -Swap out an external flood light. A replacement will be supplied. -Change 2 x GPO plates, as the switch has become jammed. A replacement will be supplied. -Recrimp and secure network cables at a particular wall as everything has become loose. -Replace an existing TV antennae socket that has become loose.

Screw in a smoke detector. Will take 2 minutes, then connect detector to my iPhone. 10-15 mins work max. There is no wiring to be done. A handyman could do it. Just screwing into the ceiling - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 19 December 2023

Wired smoke alarm needs battery replaced. I have the ladder, the screwdriver and the battery but can’t get the bloody cover to slide off. This might be a simple job if you have the magic ability to get the cover off. Or it may require the unit to be replaced and wired in. I will provide unit Based on that I would prefer a licensed electrician. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 27 November 2023
