The smoke detector has broken plastic connectors inside so cover doesn’t connect and lock in. Looks like a replacement is needed

I have 2 smoke alarms in my apartment 1 (maybe 2) need replacing. (Photos attached). I just had a bit of a horrible experience with a man who came to do a fire alarm safety certificate for me. I won’t go into details but he has said I need both alarms replaced because they are out of date. If I look at these photos I believe only one is out of date (the one with manufacturer date 2013) and the other expires in 2026 because the manufacturers date is 2016. Please tell me if I’m wrong! Either way I need either 1 or 2 fire alarms replaced so that I am compliant to rent out my apartment.

I need smoke alarm batteries and a lightbulb changed. Task will include buying the batteries and replacement bulb from the nearest hardware and/or lighting store, which is nearby. My apartment has very high ceilings (3 meters ++) and I'm injured at the moment, so I can't do these tasks myself. There is a communal ladder available for use but I'm not sure if it's tall enough so I'd prefer if you brought your own.
