You will be required to: Bring your own ladder (I have a ladder that is 0.8 meters high, but it's not tall enough to reach the vaulted ceiling). Our old wired in smoke alarm is chirping at regular intervals. Last time this happened to another one we had to replace it as it is 20 years old. The old one in the pics is with the lights. The other pic is of the model we swapped too that covers carbon dioxide too. Cost is to do the work but you will also need to add on cost of the actual alarm for you to provide.

3 x smoke alarms need batteries + replacing. Also have broken light switches that need fixing if there is time. They are switches with programmable dimmer and have cracks in the middle of the button so the button keeps falling off.
