the plate holding the smoke detector onto the ceiling fell out, just has 2 screws which hold it in place and then the smoke detector latches onto the plate.

Our old wired in smoke alarm is chirping at regular intervals. Last time this happened to another one we had to replace it as it is 20 years old. The old one in the pics is with the lights. The other pic is of the model we swapped too that covers carbon dioxide too. Cost is to do the work but you will also need to add on cost of the actual alarm for you to provide.

3 x smoke alarms need batteries + replacing. Also have broken light switches that need fixing if there is time. They are switches with programmable dimmer and have cracks in the middle of the button so the button keeps falling off.
