We need an additional socket put in in the kitchen and some on a wall in a nook. In the photos the red is the current socket and green is the new ones required. The kitchen one is on an exterior wall and nook sockets are interior plaster wall.

We had some light switches disconnected so we could get some Reno done. The wires are all there just need to reinstall.

There are two power switches in the kitchen that need tending too. One of the switches is a bit wobbly but still functional. The other switch keeps flicking up when pushed down - this has happened before and we usually need to get a sparky in to fix it (even after switching off all appliances and turning them back on). We also have a ceiling fan that has started making a buzzing / rattling sound. Looking for this to be fixed as well.

Electrician needed to check bedroom lights & bathroom fans/switches

I'd like to install/replace 2x smart switches for fan/light. I will supply the switches (Deta brand, image attached) and they are replacing old smart switches (image also attached) so all the wiring is already there - it's just a replacement of the actual 2 switch. Need Certificate of Electrical Safety provided as well.

About 22 power point and light swtiches need to be changed. We only need the cover to be changed as they are old and discoloured.
