Replacing 9 ceiling lights, 2 fans and 3 switches

I am looking for an electrician to replace all light switches in my house with ceramic base traditional Queenslander ones You will need to source (but not pay) for the material, install the bases and install the electrical components. All wiring already in place and working well, just transitioning to new switches with a few consolidations. Quote for labour only please. I will pay the materials directly once you have found the right providers and required kit I will paint the bases once the new ones are installed. Overall - 14 bases in 9 rooms total - 16 dimmers for lights (have to be able to turn on/off AND dim) - 9 variable fan controls (have to be able to choose different speeds, including off) Pictures attached of the style to match, and a few of the target areas

Put in 2 dimmer switches or advise if we should change from cool to warm light to reduce glare.
