Fix a canopy fan which sounds like moving but does not rotate well. Replace couple of broken switches - 1 in kitchen, 1 in garage.

We are currently experiencing some electrical issues at our property that we would like assistance with. 1. The lights in the alfresco and garage areas are not working, despite confirming that the bulbs are not the issue. 2. Additionally, some switches for these lights, as well as a switch in another room, appear to cause a short circuit when used.

Two seperate light circuits, both have been changed to hue down lights, but currently don’t work, due to the dimmers on the switches. (Would consider having a blank plate instead of switches - and set to always on, if this is recommended for the hue down lights) - Due date: Before Tuesday, 14 February 2023

Replacement of two power switches on induction stove top isolation switch plate. Both switches are on the same plate but one isolates the high amp induction cook top and the other is for a light. We want to keep the same plate so that it matches.
