Change smart light switches to normal light switches. Two switches to be changed to normal. I have the original switches that will go back in.

Looking for a qualified electrician to install an outdoor fan to our verandah, the verandah already has power run to it. Install a digital timer relay to the 15A circuit that a spa runs off. Relay has already been purchased but hasn't been delivered just yet. Swap two standard internal light switches to new units. One is a single two way switch at the bottom of the stairs, the other is a double two way switch at the top of the stairs. The light switches have already been purchased. Location is Maribyrnong, 3032.

Quick and easy one for a licensed sparkie who can supply safety certificates! Three power sockets need replacing in apartment block communal laundry. Original switches are too old and have been ruled unsafe. (one socket has blown up the washing machine plug!) Semi-urgent, needs to be done even if lockdown continues, so that users can continue do their laundry without having to leave the premises, and without electrical danger. Note: not Owners Corporation invoiced, as it's not communal power. Each socket is also operated by an on/off switch inside the apartment it's connected to. I am helping out a couple of tenant neighbours by getting their sockets repaired same time as mine. I will request them to have their internal switches 'off' at the time of your visit. Hope a visit next week is possible. I will be present but will keep a safe distance. If any of this seemed confusing, I can explain more in a phone call!

Quick and easy electrical job - getting apartment lease-ready and need all power sockets checked. There are several double sockets where one input is good, while the other seems a bit dodgy or has a wonky switch which seem unsafe to use. Please bring replacement double sockets with good stable switches. There is also a single socket I'd like changed for a double. And there is a light switch with a cracked cover that I'd also like replaced, so please bring some of those too.
