For the job I will order the power points, light switches and oyster lights - planning to use clipsal iconic for all points and switches. The job is for a 2 bedroom / 1 study apartment, with all switches easy to access. Two bedroom lights are harder to get to, as ceilings are high. I have a ladder that can be used if easier than bringing one along. Details of work required: 1. Require a licensed and insured electrician to help install new switches and lights throughout the apartment. #1) Switch over 13x light switches ( 3x 1 Gang, 7x 2 Gang, 3x 3 Gang). Repair and conceal ceiling, cut out opening to install down light and wire-up. #5) Install new down light in the under stairs wardrobe, cut out opening and wire-up. #6) Replace 1x wall light and repair wall where required. New wall light will be supplied. #7)install a new chandelier pendant light in a staircase. Securely instal and wire up with a ceiling height of 4m.
