Few wall switches in the house stopped working and fuse is not turning on. Need an electrician to come in and fix this for me

Need to get the lights and switches installed as following: a. 3 B22 bulb holders in the kitchen above the bar, suitable for hanging lights, showing the picture. b. Light above dinning table as shown in the pic. c. A pair of light in the bedroom or drawing room, hanging from the ceiling. d. Quote separately for the chandelier light. All lights come with fitting material. Electricians need to run wire, supply and connect switches, fix the lights to the ceiling and make them operational. A certificate of installation will be required.

There are a total of 6 fluorescent lights in three groups; I would like to separate 4 of them in a group of 2 for room N.2 and 2 in room N.3 with separate keys to turn off and on. Room N.1 will use its current on and off switch. I may need to change the fluorescent lights to circle lights if I have a good quote and for this change I will pay separately.
