There are 3 pre-existing fans to be removed and replaced and one room where a new hole will have to be created for the new fan.

One power point in 3m from existing on the same wall, one on the wall without power points, opposite one. One power point outside on balcony.

I need to have 2 x off power points and a stove switch replaced. I have already bought the replacement points and switch, and need a licensed electrician to install them.

One bedside/table lamp has a flimsy on/off switch, causing the bulb to flicker. Other bedside lamp has a broken plastic section so I cannot insert a bayonet bulb to use the lamp.
