Need to install 3 x downlights where hardwired lights are presently. Replace 3 x light switches and a power point - no new wiring required. Replace 7 x external lights under eaves - all hard wired, to go in existing locations.

One bedside/table lamp has a flimsy on/off switch, causing the bulb to flicker. Other bedside lamp has a broken plastic section so I cannot insert a bayonet bulb to use the lamp. Images provided to show how bulb is unable to be inserted in one lamp. Plastic section broken. Can both these issues be repaired?
