main bedroom needs new light switch / fan control installed. Kitchen needs new double power. point installed which includes ceiling vent switch. the work can be done out of hours. also second bedroom needs the existing light fixture to get changed to accommodate screw in globes. already have both the new power point and bedroom light switch for replacement. will require the new screw in light fixture.
