Move a three seater chaise lounge from Kensington to West Footscray.

We can’t seem to get this modular sofa up stairs, it won’t fit in the narrow turns on the staircase. We think it might need to be hoisted up somehow. There are 14 steps and the couch is in two pieces.

I have a couch that needs to be lifted to my first floor apartment The couch needs to be lifted up 1-2 flights of stairs depending whether the delivery company take it to the front entrance or the rear basement level entrance. Couch is 2.8metres long and weighs appx 85kg. It won't fit in the lift. If manouvering up the stairs is not an option due to length of couch, it may need to be lifted through my balcony which is accessed directly from the street (Approximately 2-3 metres height) Ill add photos of the couch and my apartment street front.
