Currently have a small 2 seater couch, washing machine, fridge, small tv unit as well as some miscellaneous boxes to move from my storage locker in Sandringham to an apartment on the first floor in Balaclava. All items from Sandringham can be primed ready to go to be loaded straight in, a staircase is required at the apartment but is directly accessed from where you would park your van/truck. Distance between the storage locker and the apartment is a 17 min drive (11km). With the goods primed at the storage locker to be directly loaded, this should be quick (20mins approx). 20 min travel time and with the same amount of goods to be unloaded I would say the whole job would be done in 2 hours or less approx. As long as everything is damage-free I'm happy!
