UPDATE: Thanks! -The couch size is L 1.8m x W 1m x H 0.5m With two detached Arms -Photos added There is a loading dock out the front of the building with plenty of space or a side road that can be accessed as well. I will need a hand moving it from the 1st floor of the apartment building there is an elevator which it can fit on. Removal of a two seater Ikea Couch, already disassembled just needs to be picked up and disposed of at the tip.
