Check if my PC is infected by any malicious software, i.e. is it safe for me to se for internet banking and other online payments. I use Kaspersky protection that could not find anything, but still want to re-check it.

MS office no longer works on pc. Need winzip installed to view photos and acrobat reader to view pdfs. Antivirus software has expired. Need help with storage solutions for photos and download of them from phone. Currently pay for iCloud storage and want to stop. Don’t know how to access the cloud to view what is being saved there.
