I have entred the boot menu and edited the boot order, no luck. I have contacted windows team they have given me some codes related to command prompt to unlock the bitkey, manage-bde -status c:, this shows it is locked. Tried this to unclok using the command-manage-bde -unlock c: -(your 48-digit recovery password). It still doesnt work. Now i want a clean installation or open the old version on the pc.
