We have 18 planter boxes in the block of units - each approximately 6m x 1m x 0.5m deep. Four planters at the back around double that width. I've calculate 70-odd cubic metres but allow +/- 10%. There are nine at the front and nine at the back. You'll have to use bulker bags and there is no truck or machinery access although we might be able to remove a section of fence to allow a small machine in. The rear bulker bags will have to be lifted out by franna. The job has to be done all by hand. All plants and root balls will be removed prior. Not a job for the faint-hearted and I reckon will take the best part of seven days. Site inspection is essential so please don't make an offer until you've seen the job. Just thought I'd add, I'm the building manager here and will coordinate all access, pedestrian and vehicle control etc. I'm an old tradie myself(concreter, builder's labourer and sparkie who's done more than his share of digging over the years so I understand how to make the job as easy as possible. Need rubbish removed underneath the house such as guttering, sheets, sand bags (contents can be poured into garden) and other bits and pieces. Will need a trailer to remove it. I can give you dump vouchers to cover fees. Also, want the top areas soil raked out and spread. Approx 3-4 hours of work.

We have two small vege gardens (2m x 3m each) that we need tidied up. We would like them completely dug out, soil removed and taken to the dump (probably 2 ute loads). Need a big bag of soil taken from our backyard / courtyard. Too heavy to move as is, will need to be separated into different bags or wheelbarrow and taken to tip. Have free tip vouchers you can use. Note picture of gates - we have no car gate key so will need to be taken through both gates and can park at the front of the second gate (each 1m wide). Preferably done before Sunday 19th.

Removal of two piles of soil

Remove bag of soil from backyard. It is very heavy and won’t fit through gate as is so will need to be moved out of that bag / split into two different bags or wheelbarrow if you have one. I have about 20-30 wheelbarrows of soil that needs to be removed and disposed of. Access is good it's in my carport. Nothing hazardous just leftover from some garden levelling - clayish soil and some rocks. We have tip vouchers. - Due date: Flexible

We have a vegepod (herb garden) and compost which we require to be emptied of all soil and cleaned prior to moving. It is approximately 225L of soil. Soil will also need to be taken / disposed of

Hello, We would like someone to please come and remove 4x planter boxes which are full of soil/ plant matter. They are quite heavy so I think is a 2 person job. Please see photos. Anytime on Wednesday the 10th of July would be great

Remove small pile of clay ridden soil that has already been dug up, 2 or 3 wheelbarrow loads tops. Take away some green waste as well. Super easy access.

We have a one bedroom apartment that needs all the carpet removed. The previous tenant had a medical episode and has soiled the carpet in several places. We have large bins on site that can be used to put the old carpet in - it will probably need to be cut to fit in the bin. There is minimal furniture in the apartmnet, so you will not need to move much to remove the carpet.
