Water dripping from downpipe. No rain but still can hear the noise. Since the water solar panel is more than 5 years old, I believe the inlet or outlet is leaking and I don’t think these water solar panels work anyway. May be it has to be tightened or closed permanently. Need to check. Thanks.

It's a double-storey building with terracotta tiles. The tiles under the panels need to be replaced.
