My Sony TV can be turn on occasionally, but after a few seconds (sometimes it stays on for 1-2 minutes), the screen goes black and the red indicator light flashes 6 times.

I have a problem with my Sony TV. TV is only about 2-3 years old. Model KD-65X9000F. TV won't turn on but has been working steadily for its lifetime. Tried fixes such as turning it off and unplugging it. Pressing on button whilst unplugged. When TV plugs back in, the Image SONY does display, but TV simply won't turn on.
