Hi, I have a noisy shower from the bathroom adjacent to my bedroom, plumber said when they built it they didn’t put insulation. Is there a way I can insulate the wall in the picture please and how much am I looking at? It’s the wall on the right, 4.4 metres, next to the shower. I have since then close the ensuite door with plaster. Thank you!

The job largely entails plugging gaps where the walls meet the ceiling and around the doors with soundproofing material to prevent sound bleeding between the rooms.
