Renting an apartment and need temporary or removable options for soundproofing to stop/block noise from outside the apartment door: loud neighbours, elevator banging, doors slamming.

We have 3 meeting rooms that need soundproofing. The job largely entails plugging gaps where the walls meet the ceiling and around the doors with soundproofing material to prevent sound bleeding between the rooms. We may need to look at affixing a false ceiling / soundproofing in the boardroom to enhance meeting participants experience and elevate professionalism. Noises from the upper floor can be disruptive during meetings and make it difficult for people online in particular to hear.
