Car sound proofing installation

I have moved to an apartment right on the tram track and the noise is waking me at 5am. Current windows are single glass only. Are there solutions that aren’t earplugs?

Banging noise is felt everytime someone is opening any door within the house. Its like there's air entry somewhere within the house.

My bedroom door has a large gap underneath it. It previously had soundproof felt or foam stuck to the bottom but my cat has ripped it off. Need help replacing this so the door is soundproof again.
