Removing tiles from bathroom floor and wall. 2.5m2 x 2.5 m2

Need floor tiled through the house with 600mm x 600mm floor tiles. All existing tiles and carpet will be removed before commencement. I am a tiler myself but this is my mothers house and I don’t have time to do the job as I live in Sydney. Only need the tiles laid, all grout will be done separately. I have purchased all of the tiles, they are on the job and there is a skip bin here for any off cuts.

We need to tile over existing entry tiles. The area is 4.5m2 and we have the tiles. They are porcelain 30cm x 30cm. We’d like them layed out in a checkerboard style (see photos).
