We have tiles 30cm by 60cm around bathtub. There are 50 tiles in the area that need to be regrouted, including some fractional tiles. All these need grouting replaced. Also need the silicone sealant around the bath replaced

Hello, we are looking to get some localised bits of grout removed and redone, and some silicone removed and redone around our shower/bath. Only looking to replace discoloured areas. Just been let down by someone I had already confirmed to tile my bar for me. Need the bar ‘Bootleg Italian’ tiled, black subway tiles, brick work pattern. I will supply, tiles, glue, edges, spacers and grout. Roughly 8 sqm I will prep the bar so it’s ready to be tiled. The original tiler didn’t do a great job with silicone between the tile splash back and kitchen worktop, approx 6m of silicone needs to be replaced. Relatively small kitchen.
