Find a professional tiler in West Melbourne

Need a professional and experienced tiler to lay down mosaic tiles in shower floor. Measurements approx 800 mm x 800mm. Please see pictures. Need advice on whether this is already water tight as previous owners have painted on the shower floor. Price is for labour, but will pay for mosaic tiles (preferably white or black). An estimation would be great.
