Hi, We are having a pre-wedding event at Gunnamatta Pavilion on the 16th of Dec and need a few people to help clean and pack up

I’m looking for someone lovely and friendly to help out at the baby shower my family is throwing me. I’d love for my family to enjoy themselves on the day rather than worrying about making sure everyone has tea and coffee! I’m looking for help: - Setting up plates and cutlery before guests arrive - Waiting downstairs when guests arrive to let them into our building - Offering tea and coffee to guests - Taking away dirty dishes/finished plates - Cutting up and serving cake - Helping clean up afterwards - we are using disposable plates and cutlery so minimal washing up! Needed from 10am - 2pm

- time is 10am - 12 (could do 9.30-11.30) - taking hot food out onto serverware - getting drinks out - unpacking any food - “light” touch on prepping food (unpacking food, cutting bread) - tidying as we go

Engagement party at house in Burraneer. Requiring bartender (beer and wine) / put food out onto table. 4.5hrs (5:30pm - 10pm). Party starts at 6pm. Roughly 40 people. RSA required - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 13 January 2024
