Hello I’m looking for someone to help out in the kitchen at a Birthday party of 30 or less guests in Bracken Ridge on Saturday 23rd Oct from about 5pm - 11pm. A set of pretty canapés and drinks are being served to the guests. I already have 2 waitresses assigned to serve them to the guests. Your role would be to be in the kitchen and oversee the run sheet which lists the different canapés and what times they are to go out to the guests so you can guide the waitresses in what goes out next etc so we can keep to the schedule. Also need some help with making up some of the pretty canapés onto trays and presenting food nicely before it goes out, cutting up the cake and putting onto plates, stuff like that and just generally making sure the kitchen is flowing smoothly and tidy.
