We’re hosting a ticketed concert for 320 guests and require a licensed mobile bar (pop-up bar) to serve liquor at our venue. The event details are as follows: Date & Time: Saturday, 23rd November 2024, 7:45 PM - 10:00 PM (with a 15-20 minute break). Location: Doncaster Secondary College. Setup: Mobile bar to provide and serve a range of liquor options during the event. Requirements: Licensed to serve liquor under a Limited Licence (per the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998). Staff with up-to-date RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification. Full setup including the red line , service, and pack-down of the bar. We aim to manage costs efficiently and are open to proposals under $800 AUD. Additional opportunities for revenue sharing after reaching an agreed sales target can also be discussed.
