Keep food and drink areas clean & tidy, Party is from 1pm with guests popping in and out throughout afternoon - I would think we would need someone from 12pm to 4 or 5 pm This is a farewell party for our home of 40 years as we are moving soon so we would like to be able to enjoy being with our guests rather than worrying if they are fine for a drink etc
