Help needed for a family dinner party - serving, cleaning dishes, clearing table and sorting out food, making tea/coffee, cleaning kitchen at end of night - 3 hours 8pm to 11pm

I am hosting a dinner for 27 people and will have multiple courses for the meal. I need assistance with washing and drying dishes and cutlery as well as pots and pans used to prepare food. The washing area will be in our laundry which is adjacent to the kitchen.

I would like 2 female staff to help serve drinks, serve soup to a table of 45, clear plates, scrape and put back into boxes, clear table at the end and help with final tidy up. (It's a buffet so only soup service). Guest are invited for 5pm so a 4.15 start until about 10pm.

I'm having a birthday celebration on the 21st of December - from 7 pm - 12 am. The guests are all adults and professionals so, there won't be any mess to deal with. I need someone who can look after on-going cleaning, and occasionally serve drinks, and once the dinner arrives, help with preparing the table (disposable dishes).

We are celebrating my 40th birthday and require one person to man the bar and tidy the area. We are coming from a lunch, so cocktails will not be required. Basic drinks, putting pre-made food in the oven and general tidying. May be required to do the dishwasher and take out the rubbish. We will be returning to the house at 430pm and expect party to go to about 1030pm.
