I’m looking for 2 people to help with cocktail hour for my wedding in Edinburgh gardens. The role would include arriving around 3pm to set up a table with a simple bar serving champagne, beer and water (all supplies will be provided). Staying on site to serve drinks until 5.45pm then pack up the bar and items into a van parked nearby.

23 March 2024 event date, location Fitzroy North. Buffet style event for 60 people. Requiring two staff members to help with: 1. Clearing used disposable plates and ensuring bins are not overflowing 2. Potentially helping with serving soft drinks from fridge 3. Making sure drinks in eskies stay cold/topping up ice where needed 4. Removing chair covers at the end of the night and placing into a bag 5. Moving leftover alcohol spirit bottles, other drink bottles, putting miscellaneous decoration items (no heavy or large items) into boxes and moving all into a storage room next to event space at the end of the night. Staff needed from 5.30pm-11.30pm
