We have a home catering business, and had a custom food production machine produced for us to assemble dumplings. It'feeds in pastry, adds filling, and forms the dumplings in shape. It requires configuration for it to work correctly, as currently it's not lining up/filling correctly. Would need preferably a food production mechanic or someone familiar with this kind of machinery. Price depending on extent of configuration required. Due date: Before Sunday, 23 July 2023

Sunday 12-5pm I need someone for 5 hours to serve drinks, plate food (catering and cooking done by other people), organise the table settings, clear tables, clear empty drinks containers, wash dishes, load dishwasher, keep kitchen clean, refrigerate food, keep pool area tidy 22 adults and 24 kids ... you’ll be busy!! Lots of help from other people too, so you won’t be on your own!!
