Will be hosting @50 people at our home for my wifes 50th Birthday. Seeking experienced bar person to assist with serving of drinks and preparation of a few selected cocktails.

I require an experienced and well presented bar tender mixologist for a private party in Highett. You will be required to arrive at 5.30 to set up. Guests arrive at 6.30pm . Prior , you will be asked to recommend some cocktails( which you will be very confident in making) and provide a shopping list for the alcohol, the mixers and garnishes and ice. Only 3 cocktails required. the party is for 46 guests. You will be expected to wash glassware and to clean up as you go and end of night . You will have some assistance from a wait staff if things get hectic. You will also be serving wine, beer , sparkling and mineral /soda water. I require you to have your own bar kit . Uniform is all black- black shirt , pants and shoes and you will be provided with an apron . Finish time is 12am . The rate is $40 per hour Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers
