Require help with serving food , serve drinks, remove/clean dishes (dishwasher avail) in a family home for 14-16 people for lunch

I am intending a birthday party at my residential house in the inner west on 5 April 2025 I am expecting 80 to 100 guests between 6 pm to say 11 30 pm The food is to be finger food ( canapes)it will be pre prepared but will need reheating Approx 8 to 10 items per head No dietary restrictions beyond 2 vegetarians and I coelaic. Glasses to be provided by you I would also require staff to serve collect glasses and to staff the bar I will provide the alcohol expected to be sparkling and beer bottled and non alcoholic beverages. Bar staff to serve behind dedicated bar area as well as circulate to top up glasses and retrieve and wash glasses Staff to circulate canapes to the guests a kitchen area can be provided to prepare store etc canapes Pls let me know what further info you require

We are having a 40th birthday in Leichhardt and would be looking for someone with their own equipment and experience to cook a chicken Paella at our house for up to 30 people. You would need to supply the ingredients etc.
