I require a reliable , experienced chef or Cook to work a private function ( cocktail style function ) Kensington Flemmington Bowls club on 31st Dec ( NYE). You will be supporting me in the kitchen and there will be wait staff to serve the food to guests. You will be reheating and assembling canapes for 135 guests.and general kitchen duties including cleaning along the way and at the end of the shift . Hours will be 2.00pm -11.00pm (9 hours).
