Finger food platters (heated) to be offered around to friends invited to help me celebrate my 70th. Expecting about 25 people in the afternoon between 2-6pm. A large oven is available for heating food. Some GF items would be good - just in case. The house is very open plan and has a back deck which we will also use - weather permitting. Having a staff member to take the trays around would be very helpful. I will supply the tea & coffee (we have a boiling water tap) but if the staff member could help with that it would be good.
