The menu will mostly consist of a selection of sausages with a few steaks, cooked on demand throughout the afternoon. You’ll need to: • Arrive on time and be ready to start grilling by 2pm. • Grill meats as per guests’ preferences (e.g. rare, medium, well-done). • Be friendly and interactive with guests while keeping the BBQ area running smoothly. We will provide large Weber BBQ (4 burners). If you’re experienced with BBQ cooking and enjoy a relaxed but social atmosphere, this is a perfect gig for you!
