I'm hosting 20 guests at a small house warming party on Sunday 24 November from 12.30pm to approximately 5pm. Its a BYO event so the guests will be looking after their own drinks. I'm pre preparing all the food and the glasses, plates & cutlery will all be laid out buffet style so they can help themselves. Most of the food will be on large grazing trays on a table and surrounded by hors d'oeuvres & glasses of chilled soup so I really only need ONE Airtasker to circulate among my guests offering plated finger food. The other important task will be washing up frequentlyto stay on top of the dishes (I'll be helping with this too - because unfortunately my kitchen is tiny and there's no dishwasher & only room for two people.) That's it... sweet and simple - not rocket science or ultra demanding catering work - just alternating between circulating with trays of offerings and ducking into the kitchen to do a bunch of dishes (I'll dry them and pop them away). My budget is $250 for 5 hours work & I'll offer a further $50 tip toward meeting the cost of your 20% airtasker fee.

Ideally we'd like 4-5 cocktail options. I will cover the cost of all the alcohol and mixers ect. We will just need you to supply your time and help organise the cocktail list beforehand including what we need to purchase for them ect, it would be great if you can bring the ice on the night as well (saves me organising this).
